You may return any item purchased from the Presbyterian Bookshop within 30 days of the purchase date and receive a full refund provided that the following conditions apply:

• The item(s) you are returning is/are defective.
• The item(s) you are returning was/were received as a result of an error on our part.
• If the item is a CD or other sealed media, it must be returned unopened.

We will pay your shipping cost in the event that these conditions apply. In all other cases you are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s). Items returned within the first 30 days from the purchase date are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless the above conditions apply.

You may return any item after 30 days up to 60 days from the date of purchase for a partial refund of the actual cost.

• If you return a book that has not been used (it must be returned in the same condition in which it was received), an unopened CD, or other sealed media, you will receive 80% of the original purchase price.
• If the CD or other sealed media exhibits signs of use, or is opened, you will receive 50% of the original purchase price.
• If the book exhibits signs of use, you will receive 50% of the original purchase price.

Please allow sufficient time to process your return. It is our policy to process returns and issue refunds in a timely manner. This process will take between 4-5 weeks. We do not retain credit card information on our website. If you would like us to credit your account, you must contact our office and provide your credit card information. If you would like us to issue a check to you, please allow 30 days for processing.

To insure that we receive the returned item(s) in proper condition, please observe the following suggestions:

• Carefully package the item(s) that you are returning.
• If you are returning everything you ordered, please enclose the original packing slip/invoice. If you are returning just part of the order, please enclose a photocopy of the original packing slip/invoice.
• Clearly indicate on the packing slip/invoice the reason for the return.
• We recommend you send your package using a registered or traceable mail service (such as UPS) since we cannot assume responsibility for a lost parcel. If you are using US Mail please mail the parcel to:

We are not responsible for damage incurred during transit. If the item is returned to us damaged, we will assess the refund according to the condition of the item. Be sure to follow the above steps to avoid possible damage, so that you can receive the highest possible refund.
